01 / BODYWORK

Space to release.
Support to soften.

Therapeutic massage is personalized to your needs, with pressure typically ranging from moderate to deep. Serafina’s listed sessions include Himalayan hot stones, aromatherapy, organic hypoallergenic oils, sound, and cupping when appropriate.

Prefer movement within your bodywork? Thai massage is offered fully clothed on a floor mat, blending assisted stretches, joint movement, and acupressure. The Thai & Table session brings both approaches together.

Gentle Cranio Sacral Therapy is also available on its own or as an addition to your appointment. Let Serafina know your preferences, sensitivities, and anything you would rather leave out.

02 / MOVEMENT & BREATH

Find your rhythm.
Follow your breath.

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or in a particular state of mind. Private yoga and meditation instruction meets your experience level and interests, individually or in a small group.

Serafina’s teaching draws on restorative yoga, meditation, breath practices, and a thoughtful understanding of anatomy. Sessions make room for learning, curiosity, and a pace that feels like yours.

03 / SOUND & STILLNESS

Let the sound
do the holding.

Singing bowls and a variety of instruments create an immersive listening experience. There is no performance, no perfect posture, and nothing you have to figure out.

Add a 30-minute Sound Bath Meditation to your appointment, or explore Serafina’s group sound-bath offerings. Her monthly format combines gentle movement, a themed meditation, and sound.
